Accommodations - Our home is privately owned and reflects the style and décor of New Orleans. The home is more than 150 years old and has been refurbished with all modern conveniences. Please do not remove furnishings or kitchen items from home.

No Smoking is allowed inside the home.

Cancellations - If you need to cancel your reservation, your deposit will be refunded, less a $50 administrative fee, if you notify us 30 days prior to your arrival. Less than 30 days cancellation, you will be charged 3 nights stay.

Check-In & Check-Out - Check in time is 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm. Check in prior to 4:00 pm is charged a half day rate. There are no exceptions. Luggage cannot be held prior to check in. Late check in arrangements can be made if you expect to arrive after 7:00 p.m. with advance notice. Check out time is 11:00 am. Late check outs may be charged a half day rate.

Damages - Guests will be responsible for repair or replacement of missing items, damages or destruction of property caused during your stay. A credit card is required for security deposit and coverage of incidentals. No charges will be made to your credit card without advance notice.

Reservations – Reservations are given on a first come first serve basis and secured by rental agreement and 50% deposit. The balance is due 30 days prior to stay.

Deposits - The deposit must be received within 4 days of the signed rental agreement. Reservations without timely deposits will be cancelled without notice.

Housekeeping and Maid Service - Our home is cleaned between checkout and check in. At checkout we ask that you wash your dishes and remove your trash. If you would like maid service during your stay, notify our property manager at time of your arrival. There is a $80 Per Day per unit charge and dishwashing is not included.

Laundry – Washer and Dryer are located on premises and are available on request for an extra cost and for stays of four nights or more.

Linen Exchange - Upon your arrival, beds will be made and bathroom linens provided for the number of guests.

Maintenance & Refunds - We make every effort to assure that appliances are in operating condition, and ask you to report any problems as soon as they are discovered. Our on-site maintenance department will make every effort to correct the problem; however, at times we may not be able to accommodate that. Refunds will not be made for any inconvenience due to mechanical failure of appliances.

Maximum Number of People - Our home has a maximum occupancy limit, and rates are quoted based on the number of guests expected. All guests are counted as chargeable guests. Rates are based on two chargeable guests per bedroom. We can accommodate up to ten people in a sofa bed. There is an extra charge of $50 per day for more than 8 up to 10. Any party falsely representing the number of people in the home or exceeding the number paid for may be subject to immediate eviction without refund.

Quiet Time - 10:00 p.m. to 7:00 a.m. Please respect these hours so everyone can enjoy their time here.

Weather Conditions - New Orleans experiences occasional stormy weather, floods and power outages. There will be no refunds due to inclement weather or power outages.

What's Provided - Our home features a fully equipped kitchen including microwave, coffeemaker, toaster, house wares, dishwasher, stovetop burners and oven. Bed linens, blankets, bath towels, dishtowels, soap and toilet paper are available.

Wireless Internet Access - is available.

Groceries and the French Market are available in just a short walk of the house. There are grocery stores on Esplanade and Dauphine, on Frenchman just passed Snug Harbor and a full service grocery store at 701 Royal Street.

Garbage Collection: Please put garbage out in the large green garbage cans provided at the front of the house for Tuesday and Friday collection.

1. How do I book a reservation?
A completed and signed rental agreement is required to book a reservation with 50% deposit. The rental agreement can be found on the rental agreement page of this website under terms of stay. Checks and credit cards are accepted for payments. Payment by check is to be mailed to a California address to be provided at time of booking.

2. What is the cancellation policy?
Reservations can be cancelled with 30 days’ notice and a $50 administrative fee prior to the final payment being made. Less than 30 days cancellation will be charged a 3 nights stay.

3. What time is check in and check out?
Check in time is 4:00 pm to 6:00 pm and check out is at 11:00 am. If you need to make arrangements for early check in or later check out, they may be secured in advance with half days rate payment. Otherwise, early check in/late check out is not available.
